The Executive is the largest in the Larchsmith collection and the one you leave on the counter. Heavy, stable, and built from Canadian larch end grain, it gives you room for large cuts, roasts, and prep that doesn’t run out of space.
Handcrafted in Maidenhead from kiln-dried Canadian larch (tamarack) heartwood. End-grain construction is self-healing and kind to fine edges — ideal for Japanese knives, cleavers, and daily use. Finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax.
